The private, unelected club of aristocratic globalists known as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) will be directly inserting its ideologies into public schools throughout the United States this summer by inviting students to their EXPLO foreign affairs program on the campus of Yale University.

According to a press release from PRNewswire, “This summer, next generation policy makers and world leaders will spend two weeks at the EXPLO Foreign Affairs program on the campus of Yale University. This new two-week program for high school students was developed through a partnership of Foreign Affairs, a publication of the Council on Foreign Relations, and Exploration Summer Programs, an international leader in academic enrichment.”

Yale University is also the home of the highly secretive death-worshipping cult, Skull and Bones.

The goals of the formerly secretive CFR are to dissolve all national sovereignty, abolish the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, to absorb the United States into all other countries of the world and create a single, global nation-state ruled by a dictatorial technocracy via an authoritarian police state modeled under the former Soviet Union's communist apparatus. Many of their adherents and members seek to reduce world population down to just 500,000 people and maintain those people at feudal serf status as economic slaves, via debt-based economies, to the global banks and multi-national corporations who would sit atop the pyramidal power structure of the entire globe.

In the late 1800s British aristocrat Cecil Rhodes and his close friend and associate, Alfred Milner had dreams of uniting the entire world under the British government. Funded by his vast investments in gold and diamond mines in northern Africa, Rhodes organized men with the same goals to achieve this plan. Various groups were spawned, as a result of this partnership, among which was The Royal Institute for International Affairs. According to Carroll Quigley, professor of History at Georgetown University, “From 1884 to about 1915 the members of this group worked valiantly to extend the British Empire and to organize it in a federal system. They were constantly harping on the lessons to be learned from the failure of the American Revolution and the success of the Canadian federation of 1867, and hoped to federate the various parts of the empire as seemed feasible, then confederate the whole of it, with the United Kingdom, into a single organization. They also hoped to bring the United States into this organization to whatever degree possible.” (see Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time, ©1966 Carroll Quigley, p. 133.)

In 1913, with the help of a few politicians in the District of Columbia and several key international bankers, this group succeeded in gaining control of the entire financial system of the United States with a single act of Congress with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, and thus the beginning of the transformation of the U.S. economy to one based entirely on debt. Just eight years later, in 1921 they formed a private, members-only group known as the Council on Foreign Relations.

For the past 90 years, the CFR has been recruiting U.S. politicians, lawyers, judges, news media*, etc. in an attempt to gain political, judicial, executive, as well as financial control of our incorporated government and extend the influence of their goals and ideologies throughout the U.S. empire.

“If one group is effectively in control of national governments and multinational corporations; promotes world government through control of media*, foundation grants, and education; and controls and guides the issues of the day; then they control most options available. The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and the financial powers behind it, have done all these things, and promote the ‘New World Order,’ as they have for over seventy years,” writes William Blase on the website, www.conspiracyarchive.com . “The CFR is the promotional arm of the Ruling Elite in the United States of America. Most influential politicians, academics and media personalities are members, and it uses its influence to infiltrate the New World Order into American life. Its ‘experts’ write scholarly pieces to be used in decision making, the academics expound on the wisdom of a united world, and the media members* disseminate the message.”

Suggesting the next generation of American policymakers should find ways to manage and hold things together, to take the world to new heights, rather than risk American and Western civilizations' decline triggering chaos or renewed conflict, Dr. Gideon Rose, Editor of Foreign Affairs, told PRNewswire, “No issues are more important, no time is too soon to start learning about them, and there is no better way to do so than through this introduction to American foreign policy taught by the staff of Foreign Affairs.”

In addition to editing Foreign Affairs and writing extensively on American foreign policy issues, Dr. Rose was the Olin Senior Fellow and Deputy Director of National Security Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. He was also the Associate Director for Near East and South Asian Affairs on the staff of the National Security Council. He has taught American foreign policy at Columbia and Princeton.

Discussing strategies on how to subvert the U.S. government and turn it over to a global dictatorship, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Richard N. Gardner wrote in an op-ed that appeared in the April, 1974 Foreign Affairs, “In short, the ‘house of world order’ will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down...An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned frontal assault...”

Moira Kelly, Executive Director of Exploration, says of the EXPLO program, “For curious and motivated students, this will be an extraordinary opportunity including trips to the United Nations and the Council on Foreign Relations.”

This new move to directly integrate globalist ideologues with future leaders at the public school student level is unprecedented, but not surprising, considering the CFR has been working diligently since 1921 infiltrating colleges and universities, with both globalist-friendly professors and large blocks of grant money, to train new generations of teachers into accepting their communist ideologies of one-world internationalist globalism in order to covertly pass those beliefs onto future generations of students. They have also heavily influenced textbooks used in public schools and have directly participated in the placement, grooming and election of hundreds of judges, legislators and bureaucrats throughout the U.S. and state government apparatus over the past eight decades. However, they now seek to enhance their stranglehold on news and information by inserting themselves directly into public schools with direct interaction with public school students so they can sell their communist/globalist and utopian ideologies much more efficiently.
