The 1939 motion picture, The Wizard of Oz is on its face a timeless children's story.  However, upon closer examination, it appears to be written as an allegory describing the financial upheaval in the 1930's united States economy, the loss of our gold backing to our dollar and the theft of all wealth via the forced use of the private debt certificates issued by the for-profit corporation known as the "Federal Reserve."  The Federal Reserve is not a branch of the U.S. government.  It is not "federal" and has no "reserves."  It is a collection of private banks empowered by congress to issue debt that we then circulate as money (dollar bills) and pay interest on.  The Wizard of Oz attempts to detail this fraud in a subtle and creative way.

The Wizard of Oz was set in Kansas, the Heartland of America and geographical center of the united States (plural, states - not a single, unified country yet). The information on the historical parallels to the Wizard of Oz was compiled from the book, Cracking the Code, 3rd ed. published by BBCOA.  The book details how the American people were defrauded and are economically abused daily via the Uniform Commercial Code and the artificially created entities known as the "straw man" that government uses to trick people into entering into very costly contracts with it that are due and payable to the Internal Revenue Service - the collection agency for the Federal Reserve Bank.  Shortly after the book was published, the government raided the publisher, confiscated all remaining copies and set them up on charges of securities fraud for showing the American people how the government uses the Uniform Commercial Code to enslave them and how they can use it to free themselves and set government back in its rightful position as servant.  Government does not like being held within the confines of the law or Constitution, so it did what it had to do to shut down the information and prevent too many people from learning it.

What follows is a brief analysis of the Wizard of Oz from the perspective of that book showing all of the allegories encoded within it that teach the American people what was done to them by the bankers using fraud, deceit and government force.

Tornado

The twister, or tornado represents the whirling confusion of the stock market crash, the bankruptcy of the United States in 1933 and the subsequent theft of America's gold by the Federal Reserve.  It whisks Dorothy and her dog Toto up into the new, artificial dimension somewhere above the ground of Kansas - a fictional place where their straw man is formed and they are presumed to be financially responsible for it.

Toto

Dorothy's dog is named Toto.  In Latin, Toto means "everything."  This is what the Federal Reserve bank wants from the American people - everything.  And they plan to use the power of government to attain it.

Oz

Not coincidentally, Oz, which is the land where Dorothy and Toto ended up, is an abbreviation for Ounce - the unit of measure gold, silver, and other precious metals are measured in. No matter how large the quantity of gold/silver being discussed, the amount is always expressed in ounces.

Straw man (scarecrow)

This is the crux of the financial scam designed to make economic slaves out of the people.  In legal terms a straw man represents an artificially created legal entity.  Government created the straw man on behalf of the private, for-profit Federal Reserve bank to resemble the live-born flesh and blood human being.  It can be identified by the human's name spelled out in ALL CAPITOL LETTERS.  All contracts with government today, from taxes to fines, penalties and fees, are all settled in debt certificates issued by the Federal Reserve.  Since these debt certificates do not represent any thing of tangible pre-existing value (they are all backed by somebody else's borrowed debt), and are not authorized by the U.S. Constitution, they are in fact Fictional Money.  Fictional Money can only be used by legal fictions - straw men.  Government assigns a straw man persona to people with the issuance of a birth certificate, driver's license, etc. and presumes that person to be the legal representative of that straw man.  It is the straw man that collects and spends the artificial money created by the Fed but it is the real, live human who has to work and labor on behalf of that straw man because the straw man is simply a name on a piece of paper, a legal fiction, and cannot do any work or labor on its own.   In the Wizard of Oz, the Scarecrow/Straw Man doesn’t have a brain because he represents the legal fiction straw man.  Thus, he succinctly argued that if he only had a brain, "I'd unravel every riddle For every ‘individdle,’ In trouble or in pain." Translation: Once one discovers that his straw man exists, all political and legal mysteries, complexities, and confusions are resolved - and once one reclaims the legal title attached thereto, he can protect himself from legal trouble and damage.

Tin Man

The Tin man is an acronym for Taxpayer Identification Number - TIN.  Social Security Numbers are also TINs.  It is the newly created financial vehicle that the government interacts with via the Uniform Commercial Code.  Prior to the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913, and subsequently its collection agency in 1916, nobody in the U.S. needed an artificially created fictional Taxpayer Identification Number, or Social Security Number to engage in commerce because all money was backed by gold or silver coin - something of real, tangible value that was in actual physical existence.

Lion

The lion represented the once fearless American people.  In the movie, the lion had lost his courage, which is synonymous with the fear felt by a person who is enmeshed in a legal battle with the Internal Revenue Service or any other battles with government bureaucracy where the use of Federal Reserve note money is involved.

Yellow Brick Road

To find the Wizard you had to follow the Yellow Brick Road.  The yellow brick road was an allegory for the gold bars that once backed all U.S. money.  To find the person who stole the gold - the Wizard (Federal Reserve) - you had to follow the money, follow the gold...follow the Yellow Brick Road.

Ruby Slippers

The “ruby” (red-colored) slippers were important due to the color red’s primary significance on contracts and other commercial paper. Red is the color of blood, as in flesh-and-blood, and symbolizes a living, breathing man/woman, i.e. non-corporate/artificial. It also signifies “private,” rather than “public”. No matter their color in the movie, the Wicked Witch of the West wanted those slippers at any cost and had to move fast before Dorothy and crew could make it into Emerald City to find out the truth.

Poppy flowers

The Wicked Witch attempted to thwart Dorothy's entrance to the Emerald City by tempting her in a field of poppies.  Her tactic was to cover the countryside with poppy flowers. Poppies, the source of heroin, opium, and morphine, are symbolic of the narcotic drugging of the American people to prevent them from learning the truth about how they were scammed.  In other words, the best way to subjugate the American people and steal their labor was to dull their senses by getting them hooked on drugs.  (As an aside, today’s television, social media and video games also play the role those conventional narcotics do by distracting and consuming energy that could otherwise be spent watching government and keeping it under control).

It is important to note here that the poppies/drugs worked on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto, because they were actual flesh-and-blood entities, but had no effect on the Scarecrow or the Tin Man, the artificial non-flesh and blood entities. After the two cried out for help and Glenda, the Good Witch of the North, she covered them with a blanket of snow - i.e. cocaine, a stimulant - nullifying the narcotic effect of the poppies/opium on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto.

Emerald City

When Dorothy and her new friends emerged from the forest they were elated to see Emerald City before them, only a short jaunt away. Between 1916 and 1933, virtually all of America’s gold ended up in England and Germany, as directed by the owners of the private Federal Reserve Bank. The reason for this was the Federal Reserve Notes could be redeemed in gold and the use of Federal Reserve Notes carried an interest penalty that could only be paid in gold. As a result, we ultimately traded our gold in exchange for the use of (worthless) paper with green ink on it, whereas our original currency, United States Notes, carried no such interest requirement.

The Emerald City, the city of green represents green Federal Reserve Notes, the new fiat “money,” or “money by decree”.

The Wizard

The Wizard represents the con-men in the Federal Reserve banking system and government who con the American people with razzle, dazzle, legal mumbo jumbo and lots of financial hocus pocus into believing they either are the straw man that resembles their name, or they are financially responsible for its debts.  When asked about helping the scarecrow/Straw Man, among other babblings about “getting a brain” and “universities” the Wizard also cited “the land of E Pluribus Unum,” which is Latin for “one out of many” i.e. converting many into one = New World Order, Novus Ordo Seclorum, a Latin phrase placed on the American One Dollar Bill shortly after the bankruptcy.

The Wicked Witch of the West

The Wicked Witch of the West represents government and the legal system set up and empowered to prevent Americans from learning the truth about how they've been duped.  The Federal Reserve system operates entirely within the fictional realm of the Uniform Commercial Code and exploits the labor of the Americans daily by requiring interest and debts to be discharged with still more of their artificially created fictional debt money.  In the movie, the Wicked Witch did everything she could to prevent Dorothy and friends from learning the truth - just as government and its legal team does the same to prevent people from learning how they've been scammed by the system.

The Good Witch of the North

When Dorothy asked Glenda, the Good Witch of the North for help in getting back to Kansas, Glenda replied: “You don’t need to be helped. You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas." Translation: “You’ve always had the right and power to exercise your sovereignty, you just forgot how.” The actual act of asserting your sovereignty is to rescind the financial obligations of your straw man and force the government to only deal with you on Constitutional terms with the only lawful money still mandated by the U.S. Constitution - gold or silver coin.  Requiring any debt to be discharged in the Federal Reserve's (the Wizard's) debt money would necessarily require a legal fiction to do it (straw man) since the Federal Reserve's money is unauthorized and thus is itself a legal fiction.

Gold or silver coin is still the only money authorized by the U.S. Constitution, it has never had an amendment passed to rescind that requirement.  Conversely, Federal Reserve Notes have never had a bona fide law passed to authorize their use, or an amendment in the U.S. Constitution to allow for them.  They were merely accepted by a House Joint Resolution (number 192, March, 1933).  Hence, their fictional and illegal nature.

There's No Place Like Home

Dorothy and Toto finally find their way back home, symbolic of the live-born flesh and blood human rescinding the chains that bind him/her to the government-created straw man and once again claim sovereignty over their lives, labor and wealth.  You can bet government is going to do everything it can to prevent the American people from finding their way back home.  Most don’t even want to, those who do are labeled “domestic terrorists” and dealt with accordingly.
