MONA (KELLEY) GINN
NAUGATUCK, Conn. – Mrs. Mona M. (Kelley) Ginn, age 98, of Naugatuck, passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 18, 2017 at the Beacon Brook Health Care Center in Naugatuck. She was the widow of Wilmer Ginn.
Mrs. Ginn was born August 10, 1918 in Fort Fairfield, Maine daughter of the late Patrick and Verna (Giggey) Kelley. She was an avid square dancer and was a past member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. Ginn is survived by two daughters: Karol Mooney and her husband Robert of Tallahassee, FL and Gloria Spino and her husband Joseph of Oakville, three sons: Roger Ginn of Plant City, FL, Dale Ginn and his wife Phyllis of Kissimmee, FL, and Eugene Rice and his wife Elizabeth of Naugatuck, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were Monday Jan. 23rd from 9:30 a.m. to 10: 30 a.m. with a funeral service following at 10:30 a.m. at Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury. Burial in Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck.
