US CDC Subtly Admits PCR Tests Can’t Tell the Difference Between COVID-19 and Seasonal Flu
“Positive Cases” Used by Media and Government to Scare the
Public for Over a Year Are Essentially Meaningless Numbers

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has withdrawn its request for Emergency Use Authorization of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel tests because they have concluded the tests cannot distinguish between COVID-19 and the regular seasonal flu.
These are the same PCR tests which were used by governments and the left wing media for over a year to scare and cajole the public in a contrived fear and hysteria campaign on COVID-19 with artificially inflated “Positive Case” numbers which were completely meaningless information because the tests - which were excessively sensitive to begin with - could not tell: 1.) if a person was in fact sick; 2.) when the person caught the virus; 3.) if the virus is on its way in or on its way out; 4.) how much of the virus is in the person’s body and, most importantly, 5.) if the virus detected was in fact the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and not the seasonal flu, or some other health issue in the person’s body, such as a Vitamin B deficiency which can cause the same symptoms as COVID-19.
The notice by the CDC appeared on their website1 and stated, “CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses. Such assays can facilitate continued testing for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and can save both time and resources as we head into the influenza season.”
The myriad of PCR tests used to diagnose for COVID-19 - even though their inventor warned against using them for that purpose - caused artificially inflated case numbers to scare the public and provide the impetus for excessive government overreach since March, 2020. The tests were never approved by the FDA and were never subjected to any testing and verification processes that would have shown whether or not they were accurate in rendering a Positive or Negative result.
The entire PCR case data set appears to be an absolute sham; a propaganda puff piece used to craft a fake narrative for a coronavirus that has the same fatality rate as seasonal flu.
“So, there you have it,” said Brian Shilhavy from Health Impact News. “The CDC just basically admitted that many of the COVID-19 cases this past year could not be distinguished from ‘flu cases.’ No wonder flu cases decreased to zero in so many places.”
Over the three year period of 2018 - 2020, Maine averaged 9,800 cases of seasonal flu per flu season. Flu cases in Maine during the COVID year dropped to just 176 for the entire flu season which suggests people with actual flu symptoms were being tested for COVID-19, rather than influenza, and the quirky, unreliable PCR tests were triggering positive for COVID-19 when in fact the person had regular seasonal flu.
