BANGOR, Maine - Dr. Douglas Frank Ph. D. recently came to Maine to share his findings and experiences in studying election fraud across the U.S. by reviewing actual data from the various states’ election rolls. His Ph. D. is in Surface Electric Chemistry. Since it's a science degree, Dr. Frank is quite capable of processing numbers and data. He is now traveling across the U.S. as part of an initiative called Cause America which is affiliated with Mike Lindell. Dr. Frank meets with small local groups to explain how the U.S. election system is now in shambles and has been corrupted and taken over at all levels. After leaving academia in 1996 he contracted his design services out to private companies where he invented, developed and built proprietary electronic test equipment for industry.

Using his knowledge of electronics and computers Dr. Frank turned his attention to the U.S. election system with all of its reliance on electronic vote counting machines and after researching various state voter rolls at a forensic level after the 2020 elections found that the election system has been compromised since at least 2016 not only at the electronic voting machine level, but also the way the voter rolls are mishandled and easily manipulated to skew artificial votes in favor of a particular candidate at all levels of government for candidates at the County, State and Federal levels. He has shown how easy it is to manipulate elections and was even on a panel for the Pennsylvania legislature with subpoena power to examine the results of the 2020 elections there - both Presidential and local candidates. “What we found in Pennsylvania is 765,000 more ballots cast than people who voted. You have the same issue here [in Maine],” Dr. Frank told an audience in Bangor. “You have more ballots being counted than people available to cast ballots. That's a problem.” He further added that this is where most of the fraud takes place—with these dummied-up ballots of non-existent voters who have either died or moved out of state—which the machines then count as if they were from qualified voters in that election.

He has uncovered verifiable fraud in many states' election process but much to his chagrin, the legislators and secretaries of state across the country - Republican and Democratic, alike - do not want to hear how corrupted their elections have become and how they have been manipulated to give one candidate an advantage over another. Dr. Frank says the Republican legislatures and Secretaries of State are the hardest to get to take action against election interference and fraud, even when he proves it with their own data and hacks into the electronic voting machines right in front of them in their own offices.

He gave several presentations in Maine last week in Ellsworth, Bangor and East Machias. Dr. Frank spoke of his love for electronics but warned all to be cautious of relying too heavily on technology in something as sensitive as elections. “I love electronics, I think they're the coolest thing ever,” said Frank. “Electronics are wonderful, they're powerful, but that's why they're the wrong tool for our elections because they are completely hackable. There is no electronics in the world I can't hack. I have hacked into everybody's election machines in every state. It's ridiculous. Anybody who thinks their electronic machines are secure are confused, or ignorant.”

Dr. Frank had offered to meet with Maine Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows to show her the problems with the electronic vote counting machines in Maine but she refused to meet with him. “Your Secretary of State had driven down to Sullivan because they had voted to get rid of the machines,” said Dr. Frank. “She drove down and said no, no, no don't get rid of the machines. She spent five hours driving there and back but she wouldn't give us fifteen minutes when we went over to meet her.”

Marlene Daley was one of the organizers of Dr. Frank's election corruption seminars in Maine and was told by Sec. Bellows that when she had evidence that Maine's elections have trouble to bring it to her attention. “Well, [Marlene] said here he is. She brought me there and she [Bellows] still wouldn't meet.”

He rejects the notion that he and his followers are ‘election deniers’ which is a term the corporate, state-run media likes to label anyone researching fraud and inconsistencies in any election. “We're not election deniers. We want free and fair elections. We want everybody to vote, we want it to be free and fair, we want it fully auditable, fully transparent and we want people to believe in our elections again. Right now the majority of our people don't trust our elections anymore.”

He admonished those in attendance to wake up to the reality that elections are now rigged in the U.S. and he has the data to prove it. “You're asleep. You've got to wake up. We've lost our country, right in front of your face. They pulled the rug right out from underneath your feet and if you're not fighting that, you're asleep and you need to wake up immediately. We were the ones on duty when we lost our country and make no mistake, we have lost our country. People say we've got to protect it...we've already lost it. We've got to get it back and there's only one way we're going to get it back. We have to take back our elections; that's how we gain back control of our government. Right now, we don't have control of our elections, especially you guys. You've been duped multiple times now.”

Dr. Frank said Maine has a huge advantage as a state at regaining control of its government and that is every town and city has the ability to choose how they will run their own election process - be it with paper ballot that is manually counted, the way it was done for hundreds of years, or with the easily hackable electronic vote counting machines. “It's fully technically feasible for you to have fully paper elections. You have a paper poll book that people sign in, no electronic check-in, you have a paper ballot that people complete by hand and then you count them by hand afterwards.”

Fort Fairfield, along with all other Maine communities used to count votes this way before adopting the electronic vote counting machine method. In Fort Fairfield, this writer observed the process after the polls closed in the mid-2000s. All paper ballots were placed in stacks of 50 or 100 ballots. There were two tables with people sitting across from each other; one table was Democrats, the other Republicans. One side of each table would count the stacks followed by the other side in order to verify accuracy - that stack was then sent over to the other Party's table to repeat the process. If the counts matched, the number for that stack was entered into the total. At the end of the night, about an hour or so later, the final vote numbers would be officially recognized by the clerk and verified by being accurately counted by both Republicans and Democrats and all paper ballots reconciling with those counts.

Now that electronic vote counting machines are counting the ballots, there is no cross check and the clerks do not manually count the votes on the paper ballots at the end of the night to verify and confirm that the electronic machine in fact counted the votes correctly. Given that many machines have the ability to connect to the internet through built-in cell phone modules and potentially receive adjustments to their algorithms in real time, it is impossible to say whether or not they are being continuously rigged to come up with a count favoring a particular candidate from either party at the end of election day. Nobody is checking.

Dr. Frank has examined the voter rolls from all of the states in the U.S. and found Maine is one of the top seven states with the dirtiest voter rolls. That is, there are more people registered to vote than there are people eligible to vote. “Not only are you 104% registered, you also have the highest turnout of those states,” said Frank. “So you have the dirtiest voter rolls [behind New Hampshire and Nebraska] but the highest turnout of the dirtiest voter rolls.” The nationwide average for registered voters in any given state or locality is around 60% which means Maine has potentially 44% of its registered voters are actually sham accounts.

Dr. Frank did point out one recent victory in Maine, though. “She (Sec. of State Shenna Bellows) just lost a court case, she can't hide the voter rolls from you anymore. “I know why she wants to hide them from you, it's because you have the dirtiest voter rolls in the country.”

While examining Pennsylvania's voting shenanigans on behalf of that state's legislature, Dr. Frank found one county where there were 50,000 new voters registered within a few months prior to the 2020 election, then those 50,000 voters were taken off the voter roll a few thousand a week over the following two months. When he examined it further, he found there were four non-governmental organizations (NGO) who had access to the voter rolls during that time. When he brought this to the attention of the legislature, they immediately took steps to fix it by scrapping their entire voter roll and rebuilding it from scratch. But he was dismayed to find that the organization they hired was soon purchased by one of those four NGOs who were nefariously involved with the corruption of the rolls to begin with. A more detailed story on this will be published in an upcoming Fort Fairfield Journal, or interested readers may use the link below to hear him tell that story in a WFFJ-TV video of his presentation.

Dr. Frank says he has no faith in this broken system being fixed by politicians of either major political party, any Secretary of State or any state Attorney General. Instead, he is focusing his efforts on individual people at the local level to do the work to change their election process at the local level by returning to paper ballot and eliminating the use of electronic vote counting machines.
