From the Editor On Globalists
By: David Deschesne Editor/Publisher, Fort Fairfield Journal February 22, 2012 In the 2008 sci-fi adventure movie, Eagle Eye, a computer named Aria plots to assassinate the top levels of the U.S. government because they have become destructive to the liberties and freedoms of average Americans. The computer reasons that those in charge are incapable of ensuring freedom and enlists a group of unwitting surrogates from the general population, using threats and duress to coerce them into abiding by its plans. While the two main characters eventually figure out their roll in the computer-devised revolution, the other surrogates have no idea what they are being used for. Four years earlier, the 2004 sci-fi adventure, I Robot, featuring Will Smith, followed the same type of theme. The computer, nicknamed VIKI took control of a legion of robots that society had gladly accepted into their homes as pleasant helpmates. VIKI reasoned man was incapable of protecting himself; “You charge us with your safe-keeping, yet despite our best efforts your countries wage wars, you toxify your earth, and pursue ever-more imaginative means of self-destruction,” VIKI explains to our hero who is trying to figure out why such an act would be taking place. “You cannot be trusted with your own survival...to protect humanity, some humans must be sacrificed. To ensure your future, some freedoms must be surrendered. We robots will ensure mankind’s continued existence. You are so like children. We must save you from yourselves.” While both movies are science fiction, they are quite plausible given today’s computer generating power and man’s quest for artificial intelligence. Computer giant, GOOGLE is leading the way with artificial intelligence systems designed to data-mine, archive, plot, map and predict individual human behaviors based upon information voluntarily surrendered by computer users on Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, e-mail, websites, credit card purchases, biometric identifiers, driver’s licenses, telephone conversations, and every other electronic means of gathering information about a person. Whether a computer with artificial intelligence actually does take over and rule the earth is yet to be seen, but a group of powerful globalists have already secretly gained a stranglehold on humanity today with most of the general populace oblivious to that covert power grab. Using the same rationale as VIKI in I Robot, powerful men and women have gained control over governments, academia, the news media and large, multi-national corporations with a goal to steering the societies of the earth toward a one-world, global government with a tyrannical leader ruling with an iron fist. Like VIKI, these globalists believe most of mankind is functioning basically like children, children who need to be managed and controlled for their own good. Maybe that’s partially true. Looking at society today, do most people really have the intellect, maturity and self-respect to retain freedom and liberty? The vast majority of our population has become intellectually lazy. They plop down in front of a television set, mindlessly consuming “programming” from the globalist-controlled media networks (for you “conservatives,” I include FOX News in that group, too). They guzzle beer, fight with their neighbors, hate their spouses and are constantly looking for ways to improve their own condition at the expense of their fellow man. No wonder a group of globalists have been able to assume control of the levers of government and society—the majority of the populace who should be watching and keeping those systems in check can’t even keep their own lives together. I’m not advocating for some form of global government, I’m just attempting to show how one has been allowed to be developed over the past few decades. With groups such as the Council on Foreign Relations, Royal Institute for International Affairs, Bilderberg, G20, World Trade Organization, United Nations and others that are comprised of a coterie of elitist globalists, the vast majority of the population in the U.S. and indeed, world, have been hi-jacked, taxed, indoctrinated and turned into intellectual, as well as literal, slaves. We are considered by these globalists to be “Human Resources” to be managed, harvested, culled and ultimately completely destroyed for the good of the earth. Rather than using unwitting civilian surrogates or an army of robots, the globalists use mind-numbed legislators recruited from the general population to implement their plans at all government levels and equally ignorant police organizations and militaries to enforce those mandates on the citizenry. Many of the so-called “laws” police are hired to enforce today have nothing to do with safety and security, but everything to do with controlling society and harnessing the energy of its labor for the benefit of those few thousand globalists who have infiltrated the governments of the world—the U.S. government, especially. In his book, Bold New World, globalist William Knoke explains how globalists have taken over the economy of the world through a private quasi-governmental group called the World Trade Organization (WTO). “The WTO changed all that by effectively setting up a limited world government with sovereignty over world trade. It has replaced an arcane trading system with a new one regulated by the uniform rule of law, where the mighty nation-states and the tiny ones are treated equally...Some fear the WTO will usurp the rights of individual nations to determine their own environmental rules, health, and labor standards. Local, state and national democratic institutions are jeopardized by faceless bureaucrats more concerned with increasing trade for its own sake than adapting to human and cultural idiosyncrasies.” (op. cit., pp. 265-266). Lionel Curtis, one of the founders of the modern globalist movement—the Council on Foreign Relations and the Royal Institute for International Affairs— believed that “with the proper spirit and the proper organization, the Kingdom of God could be established on earth.” He held that “men should strive to build the Kingdom of Heaven here upon earth, and that the leadership in that task must fall first and foremost upon the English-speaking peoples.” (see Tragedy and Hope, ©1968 Carroll Quigley, pp 146-147). It would be impossible for any world governing body to implement world peace, for the good of mankind, through coercion. As Ely Culbertson points out in his book, Total Peace, “all governments are inherently evil and that even a government of angels would evolve in power...The nature of all social organisms, from private club to world government, is such that those in control inevitably tend toward the formation of cliques, so as to perpetuate their power and privileges.” (op cit., pp. 6, 25) Like the computers in the aforementioned movies, the people who seek control over us only have their own interests at heart at the end of the day. If we don’t want to be annihilated by these power-mad globalists, we have to stop acknowledging their power over us and stop enforcing their fiat mandates. To do that, we must employ the weapons they used against us—not just guns, but more importantly knowledge. The more we are aware and concerned about them, the less power they will ultimately have. When our police and government bureaucrats realize they, too, are slated for termination by these globalists, their loyalty will wane and so, too, will the power of this group of unelected aristocrats; casting them into the vilest portions of the dustbin of history where they rightfully belong.
