Using the mainstream media, top globalists have been floating the trial balloon of an alien invasion in order to prop up their efforts to convince the world’s population to merge all of their countries and nationalities into one people with one dictatorial global government leader if their current strategy of creating World War III in the Ukraine fails to obtain that desired psychological effect.

The globalists’ current plan is to use the ruse of conventional warfare to create the necessary chaos that would be required to unite the world population under one leader. The most recent manifestation of this strategy is currently being initiated by Russia taking over NATO-backed Ukraine.

However, if the great of war of globalist unification fails to start in Ukraine because of the leaders subsequently standing down due to not having the stomachs for nuclear war, it has been suggested a “Plan B” could quickly emerge. That Plan B could be in the form of a faked alien invasion under the auspices of NASA’s covert Project Blue Beam.

For decades, NASA has developed space-based weapons systems designed to penetrate every aspect of our lives. One of these weapons strategies is purportedly called Project Blue Beam. Project Blue Beam is a highly controversial theory. Originally proposed by Canadian journalist Serge Monast in 1994, it holds that globalists advocating a “New World Order” will use advanced land- and space-based holographic technology in order to create a false flag alien invasion and/or a worldwide religious ‘awakening’ in order to achieve servitude by the masses and acceptance of a one world government and religion, and possibly depopulation efforts as well.

According to theghostdiaries.com, “Some proponents of Project Blue Beam say it is a standard psy-op, infused by advanced technologies being developed by the High Altitude Aural Research Project (HAARP). These proponents say there is already evidence of a covert psy-op military group called the First Battalion, which may have already created holographic simulations of UFOs. Combined with Long Range Acoustical Device (LRAD) induced auditory projections known as holosonic sound beams, they say, the technology to pull off the hallucination already exists. Others say Blue Beam has been a long running project that has included UFOs and paranormal experimentation. They say the confluence of an alien threat along with deep religious undertones will create a panic among the masses, which will result in the use of nuclear weaponry and then full disarmament, as national governments are punished.”

According to MTV News, “The resurrection of 'Pac, who was murdered in 1996, would have been a face-melting surprise had word about the stunt not leaked out just a few days before the set. But the 100,000 or so fans who were on hand still couldn't believe it when Tupac materialized on stage to rip off 2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.”

Shakur's image was fully digital, El Ulbrich, chief creative officer of Digital Domain told the Wall Street Journal. “This is not found footage. This is not archival footage. This is an illusion.”

Although the perception was of a 3D likeness of Shakur, the image was actually a 2D image. Shakur's likeness was projected onto an angled piece of glass on ground, which in turn projected the image onto a Mylar screen on stage.

Using this digital effects technology ramped up on a larger scale, Project Blue Beam could create massive holograms in the Earth’s atmosphere complete with Extra Low Frequency (ELF) audio beamed directly into the inner ear via LRAD, using an adaptation of bone conduction technology developed by German-based Sky Go which developed a device to impose audio messages directly onto the inner ear, through the skull, as part of an advertising campaign on European passenger trains. The BBC reports the Sky Go audio is created by a special Sky-branded transmitter made by Audiva attached to the windows. Such bone conduction technology has previously been used by magicians to make someone think they have had a message planted in their head.

Other variations of the delivery of audio may be using Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), or S-Quad in a Silent Subliminal Presentation System (SSPS) which plants subliminal audio messages directly into a hearer’s subconscious without them knowing it. Unlike messages being buried under masking music like the subliminals of an earlier era, S-Quad is a relatively new technology that modulates an audio carrier frequency that the inner ear then demodulates as an audio message just below the upper range of human hearing. Sounding more like a faint background hiss or noise to the conscious observer, the observer’s subconscious receives the message and assimilates it without consciously knowing it occurred.

There are supposedly four parts to the implementation of Project Blue Beam in order to usher in a global unification of the world. These stages include:

~A holographic ‘space show’ in which deities and aliens appear as our overlords (it is not clear how these two would coexist).

~Telepathic Electronic Two Way Communication, via ELF(Extra Low Frequency), VLF (Very Low Frequency), and LF (Low Frequency) waves, whereby people will think they are being spoken to by the new true God or extraterrestrial overlords.

~Use of worldwide microchips to fabricate horrifying supernatural events that will make people desperate for a New World Order.

Hodges writes, “Clinton also noted that in an alien invasion type scenario would be guaranteed to unite a divided America against a common enemy if they turned out to be the type shown in the movie Independence Day. Clinton’s stunning revelations assures that this will kick up some speculation that some kind of alien disclosure is near. No doubt, that a fake alien invasion could be used as a false flag event designed to usher in the New World Order. It is hard to not smell manipulation when one watches the Kimmel interview as Clinton could hardly maintain a straight face.”

Project Blue Beam won't be the first time the U.S. government has experimented with mind control technologies, but it will be the most comprehensive. From the 1960s through 1980s the Central Intelligence Agency conducted mind control exercises under the MK Ultra program.

“The military and NASA are also involved. The children used in these programs come from military families, the foster care system, orphanages or are kidnapped off the streets. However, victims like Cathy were programmed in the 60's and 70's where the technology of that time worked better if used on children under five. Today's technologies can be used on anybody. They use electromagnetic frequencies, shock therapy, drugs, torture, hypnosis, harmonics and God only knows what else to achieve their goals. Most victims are programmed to commit suicide when their programming starts to break down. They can even be programmed to control how their own body functions--like heart rate, bleeding if they get injured. They can be programmed to ignore pain—and to kill—pretty much anything.”

Hodges agrees that the Blue Beam Project has four different steps in order to implement a new age religion, along with the roll out of a fake Antichrist at its head. “Oh, I believe that we will see an Anti-Christ, but this will not be it. We must remember that the new age religion is the very foundation for the new world government, without which religion the dictatorship of the New World Order is completely impossible. In the final stage of the plan, it will be made clear to the people that an alien invasion is imminent and the consolidation of government will be 'needed' for mankind to survive.”

“When an ex-President appears out nowhere and begins talking about aliens on national TV, we should all sit up and take notice,” said Hodges. “[Project Blue] Beam is a fall-back doomsday plan which will be implemented when all else fails. Is the NWO desperate enough to engage in such a plot? I think it is likely that this plan will be implemented so long as other plans of unification, such as World War III, fail to materialize. And when and if this plan materializes, don’t believe a single word of it, no matter how real ET seems to be. Why not? Because this event fits under the Biblical category of ‘Rumors of War.’”
