ERIC M. JOHNSTON

Auburn & Fort Fairfield – Eric M. Johnston, 50, passed away unexpectedly Saturday October 31, 2020 at his Auburn home. He was born October 16, 1970 in Fort Fairfield, the son of Carl A. and Noella (Daigle) Johnston. He was a graduate of the Fort Fairfield High School, Class of 1989 and served his country for five years with the United States Navy during the 1990’s. Eric loved to read and spend time with his family. He is survived by his parents, Carl and Noella Johnston of Easton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Hank W. and Tracy Johnston of China, ME, Rick and Sherri Johnston of Fort Fairfield; two nieces, Suellen Johnston of Fort Fairfield, Amanda Graves and her husband Stephen of Limestone; one nephew, Justin Johnston of Caribou. A graveside service with military honors was conducted Friday November 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Northern Maine Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 37 Lombard Road, Caribou.
