GRANVILLE E. PERKINS JR.

Fort Fairfield - Granville E. Perkins 71, passed away March 23, 2021 surrounded by his family at his home in Fort Fairfield. He was born on June 4, 1949 in Presque Isle, the son of Granville and Priscilla (Weaver) Perkins Sr. He attended Presque Isle schools. He worked for many years on area farms, drove dump trucks for Ed Michaud & Sons, Walker & Walker, and most recently worked as a janitor at the Armory in Fort Fairfield. He is survived by his wife Ann Marie (Michaud) Perkins of Fort Fairfield, his son William and his wife Leslie of Fort Fairfield, a grandson Blake Perkins,  a granddaughter Mariah McEwen, four brothers; Roderick Perkins and his wife Nancy of Westfield, Larry Perkins and his wife Sheila of Westfield, Timothy Perkins and Vicki Levesque of Presque Isle, Christopher Perkins and Karen McGrath of Presque Isle, two sisters; Wendy Chambers of Presque Isle, Lauri Bogart and her husband Steven of Washington state, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, and three sisters; Pam, Sherry, and Yolanda. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
