How Obama buffaloed school boards nationwide into accepting & promulgating gender dysphoria with no legal precedent

   School boards across the country have gone insane.  While they’re supposed to be composed of mature adults, it seems many of these school board members have been co-opted—or I might suggest, brainwashed—by the radical, left wing transgender lobby which itself is composed of a bunch of arrested development teenagers in adult bodies.  It is with this backdrop of ignorance and delusion that former presidential impersonator, Barrack Hussein-Obama was able to spook public schools into adopting a policy on transgenders that had no basis in law, but rather solely on the whim of leftist change-agents that have infiltrated the Democrat party over the past four decades.

   Transgenderism, more accurately referred to as “gender dysphoria” in legal documents, is where a person of a certain biological gender (i.e. male or female) merely imagines themselves to be the opposite gender.  This delusion about the reality of their gender can be caused by a number of factors, but in the past adults who have been in a position of responsibility were able to objectively council and advise in order to correct the errant behavior.

   Obama changed all that, though, using the only tool the feds have to force radical ideologies on public schools at the local level...money.

   Public schools are enormous and burgeoning bureaucracies that consume vast amounts of money from local, state and federal sources in order to provide the same service their forbearers did a few decades ago for a fraction of the cost.   School boards today have to tap a multitude of revenue streams to keep up with the costs for bussing, special-needs students, high union wages, technology and curriculum.  This was what Obama exploited when he authorized a dummied-up letter to be issued to public schools that was perceived as a veiled threat to their federally derived revenue stream if they didn’t acquiesce to the transgender lobby—a growing force within the Democrat party.

   On May 13, 2016, Obama’s Department of Justice and Department of Education sent an unprecedented letter to all public schools in the U.S.  The letter falsely claimed that under Title IX, which authorizes schools to maintain separate locker rooms and restrooms for men and women (34 C.F.R. 106.33), that schools were “required” to allow access to such facilities based on “an individual’s internal sense of gender.”

   Since Title IX is involved in the framework for federal funding, public schools became scared that they would lose that federal revenue stream if they didn’t immediately begin mixing male and female students together in restrooms, locker rooms and school shower facilities.

   Shortly after that letter was issued, the two Departments realized their ideologies would likely not stand up under legal challenges so they retracted their guidance in the letter.  However, even though the feds changed their position, the guidance letter that was initially sent to the schools generated numerous lawsuits and threats to schools at the local level to adopt the policy.

   Title IX is very specific about gender in relation to locker/restrooms at public schools.  However, extreme left-wing judges across the country are arbitrarily misreading it and claiming students of one gender, who believe they are the other in their mind alone, are in fact that other gender.  Yes, we really do have judges that stupid, ignorant and politically motivated sitting in positions of power.

   So, here we have a retracted letter of guidance—not a law or court decision, just a letter stating Obama’s opinion—as the basis for school boards to begin the radical change of co-mingling male and female students together in areas that have historically been separated. 

   While some school boards used the fear of losing federal money as the basis for their decision to co-mingle male and female students in intimate situations, others were more likely populated by members who actually believed the propaganda on transgenderism and used the guidance letter as a lever to elevate their otherwise confused and socially destructive transgender ideologies.   Either way, the letter—which was not a law in any way, shape or form, was retracted.  For those of you who are public-school educated and don’t know what “retracted” means (because the teachers were too busy engaging in social engineering projects to actually teach you a vocabulary) it means to withdraw or take back something and put things in the condition they were before that new thing was presented.

   But, retracting the letter seemed to be irrelevant.  Public schools across the country, along with radical transgender groups, pursued the path to social decay of commingling male and female students as if the letter was still in force and worse yet—as if it were an actual law or legal decision, which it wasn’t.

   One case is the Boyertown School District in Pennsylvania, which has made it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Boyertown adopted Obama’s transgender policies wholesale.  In reviewing the history of the case, I suspect it was more for the ideological aspect, rather than the threat of losing federal money.  I say that because when a male student saw a female (who thought she was a male) changing in his locker room before gym class, and ultimately complained to the school administration, he was told to “act naturally” and to “tolerate” the other student.  Ultimately he became so distressed at the school’s discrimination against him—a normal male without any delusions about his gender—that he left the school altogether.

   When this case reached the U.S. District Court, 3rd Circuit, the court sided with the school and claimed that a male who identifies as a female is, “in fact,” female and vice versa.
While Boyertown adopted the transgender policy without giving any consideration to the normal, non-transgender students, the same could be said of the multitude of public schools across the country that are now forcing male and female students to co-mingle in locker rooms, showers, and even sleep together on field trips.  Yes, things really are getting that bizarre and insane at publicly-funded schools and I honestly don’t know why parents still send their children to them.  What kind of “education” do you think they’re getting?

   The extreme left wing transgenderism policy was born from tactical psychological warfare operations instigated by the Communists of the former Soviet Union.  Throughout the middle to latter half of the 20th century, those communists were waging a silent psychological war against the United States using ideas designed to corrupt and confuse the upcoming generations.  The tactic was intended to soften and confuse the U.S. citizenry to make it easier to take over from within, rather than attempting a bloody, front-on conventional warfare assault.  That strategy appears to have worked since the U.S. has adopted nearly all ten planks of Communism, as envisioned by its founder, Karl Marx in his infamous Communist Manifesto. 

   Their desire to use radical sexual ideas as a weapon of confusion against the youngsters in the U.S. was detailed in an abridged version of their course program material as revealed in the book, Brainwashing: A Synthesis of the Russian Textbook of Psychopolitics (1991 Foundation for Human Understanding, Grants Pass, Oregon).

    Through a slow, methodical and systematic reprogramming of the electorate and citizenry at the public school and college level for the past 60+ years, the Communists have been successful at covertly advancing and promoting their policies and ideas under the auspices of public education, post-secondary education, the mainstream news media and the establishment entertainment industry in the U.S. 

   After receiving their training (i.e. “programming”) at establishment colleges and universities that have been co-opted by the communist agenda, and getting refresher mind control programming during “teacher in service” training, most of today's public school teachers have no idea that they are implementing tactical strategies set in place decades earlier in order to influence destructive and confusing social policies in both public schools and society at large in the U.S. today.
