My Responses to Reader Feedback

Fort Fairfield Journal August 14, 2019

   From time to time I get responses from readers regarding some of the topics I write on.  This then generates a discussion that ends up with some pretty good points being made as I form responses to them.  Old time FFJ readers know I’ll exhaustively respond to letters to the editor that force me to support my position.  Some responses, though, are brief snippets and usually don’t get published.  The following are three such topics I recently responded to and decided to share them with you all (or, “y’all” for my Southern readers) for your consideration.

“Queer the County”

   “Dave, regarding the Queer the County snippet in the July 31, 2019 FFJ, I meant to ask you or anyone for the answer to; what does “Queer the County” mean? What is the intent?... I asked my hairdresser... she, too, was perplexed.”

   I'm still trying to figure out the enigma of “Queer the County.”  I thought I used to know what queer meant.  When I was in High School, “queer” was a synonym for homosexual.  But, in co-opting and corrupting the word, “Gay” (which simply means ‘happy’) they have their own label now.  Queer only recently got added to the sexual deviants' alphabet soup label, LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) expanding it to LGBTQIA.  ...Queer, Intersexual, Asexual.  I don't know what queer means, anymore.  However, I can venture a guess at Intersexual by using common grammar.  Intersexual has the prefix, “inter” which means  between or among something to connect them.  For example; “interstate highway,” “interstate commerce,” or “interstate long distance service.”  So, could that mean connecting between sexes?  I thought Bisexual covered that, maybe Transgender.  I dunno; it confuses even me.  Using common grammar rules, “Asexual” would denote “without gender.” The “a” prefix means “without,”  i.e. agnostic is “without knowledge” since gnosis is Greek for knowledge.  Another example of the 'a' prefix in use is in the word, apathy which is derived from the Greek páthos - feeling - the a in front of it makes it mean “without feeling.”  So,  “asexual” means “without sex” or “without gender.”  Now, absent a person being born with neither male nor female genitalia, or having them surgically removed, one cannot be “asexual” any other way.  However, since “identity” is the operative word with this crowd - i.e. “gender identity” - the reality for that person is subjectively imagined in their own mind, not existing as an objective fact.

   With all that said, what this whole gender identity charade ultimately boils down to is a purposeful psychological attack on our youth to confuse them about something so basic as whether they are male or female, and the proper biological functions of those genders in procreation.  The further you read their alphabet soup label, LGBTQIA to the right, the more subjective the terms become - existing only within the mind of the confused person, not in reality.  For example, it is impossible to possess a penis or vagina and consider yourself “asexual” because you do have a gender, you are not without one.

   In the 1930’s the Communist party of the Soviet Union drew up plans to conquer the U.S. without using conventional warfare tactics with guns and bombs.  This asymmetrical warfare encompassed a wide variety of soft, covert tactics, one of which was using sex and the sexual urge to distract and confuse the youth; so, over time they would grow up to be compliant, malleable adults with no moral compass and no ability to differentiate between right and wrong, thus making them a populace very easy to take over.  The psychopolitical operators who dreamt up this mind-screwing of the American public have been very crafty, subtle and successful at utilizing our public schools, social media and the mainstream media to wreck the minds of our youth while hiding under the protective cover of “tolerance.”  We have to stop letting them do that to us.

   If a populace can be so easily swayed and confused about something as fundamental as what gender they are, then they are wide open to being confused about every other more complex issue they'll have to face in life...and in the voting booth.

   I gave “Queer the County” a prominent mention in last issue of FFJ to highlight the hypocrisy of their group's message.  If tolerance is what they're after, advocating to make all of Aroostook County “Queer” - whatever that means - is bound to meet some significant resistance among those who simply don't want to be queer.  Why can't the sexual deviant crowd just be happy letting Aroostook County people be what they are and not make everyone else feel compelled to change over to their position?  Sounds pretty authoritarian to me.  But, this type of mind-screwing comes from the hard left crowd which is the ideology that has spawned every oppressive, authoritarian government throughout history.  It's just that now, they're doing it to our country.

   But, only if we let them.

Fluoride

    “Dave, regarding your admonition to never swallow fluoride, I always swish my toothpaste... I never swallow.”

   They do make fluoride-free toothpaste.  Tea tree oil, or diluted hydrogen peroxide is usually used as the antiseptic; you're not supposed to swallow them either, but at least they don't cause mottled teeth and brittle bones.

   The real fluoride problem arises not in fluoridated toothpaste, but in the type of fluoride they're now putting in the town's water supply.  Back in the 1950's when the town of Fort Fairfield voted to approve adding fluoride to the municipal water supply, the fluoride of the day was Sodium Fluoride, which is naturally occurring.  Since it has a sodium attached to it already, it didn't get absorbed into the bones to attach to the calcium atoms and weaken their bonds.  Today's “fluoride” is hydrofluorosilicic acid and does not have the sodium atom in it.  This is why it absorbs into the bones so readily, attaching to the calcium and weakening the bone structures.  The switch occurred because the latter is much cheaper - being derived from the smoke stack pollution scrubbers of the petrochemical industry(!)

   In my 2013 tour of the Fort Fairfield Water District's plant operations, they told me the chlorine barrel has to be in a separate room, separated by air space, from the fluoride barrel because when the fumes of both mix together they can kill you.  Meanwhile, in the water filtration chamber, the chlorine and fluoride are being trickled into the water from two small jets right alongside each other...then we (well, other people, not me) drink it.  Delicious!

   Check out the picture below of the warning label on the delicious fluoride drum I got at the water district.  The wider angle picture is the fluoride-adding station at the FF water district.   People who drink town water are drinking from that barrel. Yum! Yum!  That has “healthy teeth” and “strong bones” written all over it (err, not).

Carbon Dioxide, Climate Change and Global Warming

   “Dave, scientists say global warming is happening a thousand times faster than ever before due to carbon emissions.”

   I don’t know about global warming, and doubt the so-called scientists believe it much anymore, either, since they’ve changed their mantra to the more nebulous “climate change.”

   NASA released a report last December that shows the ice sheet in the Arctic is actually thickening at a much faster rate than before.  While they still attempted to candy-coat it with the global warming narrative, the end result is the same: more ice being formed, not less.

   The carbon emissions narrative is a complete fraud.  There is no “carbon dioxide” layer in the atmosphere.  Carbon Dioxide is heavier than air, thus stays close to the ground where all green plants consume it for food, releasing oxygen as the byproduct...lucky for us.  The more carbon dioxide present, the faster plants grow and consume it.

   Nitrogen actually makes up the bulk of our atmospheric gas, but since it's not given off as a byproduct of manufacturing - and thus no financial incentive to eliminate it - nobody is calling for its reduction.

   The reason for the incessant carbon dioxide mantra is simple: money.  There has been, for years, a push to create a carbon credit trading system like a stock market for carbon credits.  The way the game is played is like this:

    1 - a manufacturer installs new equipment that consumes less energy, thus lowering their CO2 output by a certain amount;

    2 - they then get a licensed CO2 investigator to “certify” the amount they've reduced for that year;

    3 - that certificate then can be sold for a profit on the Carbon Credit trading system;

    4 - another manufacturer who wants to increase their output can then purchase that credit certificate and be allowed to output that much more CO2 into the atmosphere because the other manufacturer had reduced by that much;

    5 - trading fees are then assessed on both ends of the trade by the trading system owners.

   The only way this scam can work is if enough industrialized countries get on board with passing legislation to “cap” all CO2 emissions in their country by law.  That would make it necessary for a manufacturer to go to the carbon credit trading clearinghouse to purchase certificates in order to increase production, output, etc.  This is what is meant when you hear the phrase, “cap and trade.”

   The moneys derived from all of these financial shenanigans are then promised to third-world underdeveloped countries as a form of welfare payment after the rich owners of the trading scheme take their cut off the top.

   This is the reason for the fake science and the tireless whining about “greenhouse gas” and I ain't buyin' it.  The whole CO2 issue from top to bottom is a complete fraud, a scam, being peddled to the masses who don't have the time or wherewithal to research the issue.

   As for the earth warming or cooling.  It's been doing that since it was formed - way before man, or his meager CO2 emissions, were around.

  The elevated carbon dioxide level recently released by Democracy Now! as the “hottest June on record” is suspect since that group is part of the crowd who wants to take over the planet and convert us into a slave class society.  Even if the number is true - which I don't trust that biased source, anyway - green plants will simply grow faster and consume it.

   So, a snapshot in time has the CO2 levels higher, but the wide angle view over time - after the plants consume it - would have the numbers back down.  But, they don't share that information.   They also don't look at the solar activity, sunspot level and temperature of the sun during the “hottest June on record.”   Another way to skew the data is to read disproportionately more temperature monitoring stations located near cities with large expanses of asphalt parking lots, which radiate lots of heat, and less from those located in desolate, wooded areas because trees remove heat from the air by absorbing it into their leaves/wood and radiating it back out much more slowly than hot top.  This is fake science and the lid was blown off it in 2010 in Paris.  Research “Climategate.”   They selectively put out the information that benefits their position in hopes of selling their agenda to an unsophisticated public in hopes that public doesn't spend too much time looking at all the information, or the wider angle perspective.

   Carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere and atmospheric temperatures do not correlate.  They only correlate in the minds and imaginations of those who either financially benefit, or those who have bought the fraud and are simply unwittingly perpetuating it without doing any further work to research and confirm it.
